Our whole carrots are available year round through Michael Cutler Company and are great for restaurants, processors, wholesale, and retail businesses. The simplest way to consume a whole carrot is to eat the carrot raw without doing anything to it. They can be chopped, boiled, fried, steamed or even baked to improve their normal taste. Along with onions and celery, carrots are the most common ingredient for making various broths. They are also thought to be one of the best, natural, ways to improve night vision due to the large amounts of beta carotene and vitamin A.
